Grouped Product:
Grouped Product is a set of simple products, they display on product detail page. Customer can change only quantity of product when adding product into cart.
For example, if you want buy set of clothes, which has a medium blue t-shirt and large red jeans, so here, customer can only select the quantity for them not the sizes, like 2 shirts and 3 jeans.
Bundle Product:
Bundle product has limitless customization, We can make a bundle product with given options or configuration.
When buy a bundle product, customer can change quantity and available options, may be checkbox select box etc.
but in grouped product customer can change only quantity when adding product.
For example, if you want buy a computer, so options available to choose like 8GB/16GB RAM and 1/2 quantity.
other option to select like HDD, screen size, processor and many more other features..
Key difference is customization, Grouped product allow to only quantity but Bundle product allow to choose customized options.
